20 class hours of Alexander Technique
This six-day workshop is designed to help dance and drama instructors to experience the benefits of the Alexander Technique and learn how to utilize and communicate AT principles in their own classes and curriculum. Understanding how to work with the AT processes of building awareness and choice, thinking in activity, and body-mind integration will inspire and enhance your teaching and own skills.
Each day will include Alexander Technique group class to explore AT principles, half hour private AT lessons, and afternoon dance and drama break-out sessions to apply the work specifically to your discipline. No previous Alexander Technique experience is necessary. The Workshop is limited to 20 people.
