Alexander Technique floor class, followed by games & play, followed by your choice of monologue/scene-work. Facilitated by Lindy Rogers & Tracy Einstein.
Tracy has been selected as a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation’s 2018-2019 Observership Class.
Directly apply your AT knowledge to the skill of acting. Work in an intimate group to face your patterns, and unlearn holding patterns that inhibit the full expression of your instrument. Classes will include Alexander 'turns,' group games, open scenes, and will end with monologue work.
When: Mondays April 16, 23, 30 & May 7
Tracy just returned from a 10 day tour in Israel, which included performing spoken word/movement with jazz quartet Ehud Ettun, Kevin Harris, and Richie Barshay, facilitating a musical experiment, and teaching private lessons & group classes in Theatrical Clown & the Alexander Technique. Thanks to the Internal Compass Music Project for hosting a magical journey.
